We Defend Freedom
in Canada
We are a registered, national charity committed to defending the constitutional freedoms of all Canadians through litigation and education.
SPOTLIGHT
Help us stop censorship on Canadian campuses
Today, universities in British Columbia are not subject to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, empowering decision-makers to censor students. Even in Alberta, where the Charter does apply to universities, decision-makers feel emboldened to cancel academic talks in the name of campus safety. We are working to change that through our court cases and education programs.

“I would like to say how greatly I appreciate the tremendous support given to all of us involved in this historic and landmark decision by the Federal Court. Without the support of the Justice Centre, it would have been a much greater task to accomplish what has been done.”
