NEXT STEPS?

Support our court action

On January 7, our lawyers filed a challenge against the decision to prorogue Parliament in the Federal Court.

Our lawyers will argue against the decision to prorogue Parliament at the Federal Court in Ottawa on February 13 and 14, 2025. We will submit your petition signature to the Office of the Prime Minister during that week.

Court actions are expensive.

Will you maximize your impact by donating to this court action?

Every donation defends democracy and the rule of law in Canada.
